When you use LienForm, we may collect the following information:
- Form data you enter: Property address, owner name, contract amounts, dates, and other project details you type into the lien generator. This data is processed client-side in your browser to generate your PDF — it is not stored on our servers.
- Contact form submissions: Name, email address, and message content when you contact us through the Contact page.
- Usage data: Standard web server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of access. This is collected automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the LienForm service
- To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form
- To diagnose technical issues and monitor service performance
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
3. PDF Generation
All lien documents are generated entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript (jsPDF). The project details you enter are not transmitted to or stored on LienForm servers. Your document data stays on your device.
4. Cookies
LienForm may use essential cookies required for the site to function. If analytics are added in the future, we will update this policy and provide opt-out options. We do not currently use advertising cookies.
5. Third-Party Services
- Vercel: Our hosting provider. Vercel may collect standard access logs. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
- Resend: Used to deliver contact form emails. Contact form data (name, email, message) is transmitted to Resend for delivery. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
6. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry. Server access logs are retained per Vercel's standard policies.
7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of any personal data we hold about you by contacting us at amitsharma00261@gmail.com.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be noted with an updated date above.
