Project information and browser storage

The preparation tools collect project parties, addresses, amounts, dates, and other information you enter. PDF generation occurs in your browser. The site stores a pending order and its form data in browser local storage so it can generate your download after checkout. This information may remain on the device until cleared. Avoid shared devices for sensitive projects, and clear site storage when appropriate.

Checkout and email delivery

The current checkout sends the selected product and email address to a server endpoint and uses Dodo Payments for hosted payment processing. Payment information is handled by that provider. Payment events may be logged for order handling and troubleshooting.

When PDF email delivery is requested by the download workflow, the generated PDF, recipient address, and delivery information are sent to our server. The server uses Gmail email delivery, and an administrative copy is sent to the service operator. Your document information therefore does not stay solely on your device. Delivery messages and attachments can remain in mailboxes.

Contact messages and service logs

Contact submissions include the name, email, and message you provide and are delivered through Gmail. Hosting is provided by Vercel, which may process IP addresses, request details, and operational logs. We use messages and delivery records to answer inquiries, provide the service, and investigate failures.

Analytics and cookies

The site loads Google Analytics 4 to measure site use, including page visits and browser interactions. Google Analytics may use cookies and device or browser information. Browser privacy controls and Google's analytics opt-out tools can limit collection. Hosted checkout has its own storage and cookie practices.

Service providers

Relevant providers include Vercel, Google, including Gmail and Analytics, and Dodo Payments. Consult their policies for their processing practices. We do not sell your project information.

Retention and requests

Browser storage, email messages, payment records, and hosting logs have different retention mechanisms. We do not promise immediate automatic deletion or a fixed retention period. You can clear local site data in your browser and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold, subject to applicable operational and recordkeeping needs.
