LienForm provides document generation tools for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice. Mechanics lien laws vary significantly by state, county, and project type. You are responsible for verifying that any document generated meets the legal requirements of your jurisdiction. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed attorney in your state before filing any lien.

3. Accuracy of Documents

LienForm generates documents based on the information you provide. We make reasonable efforts to use current statutory citations, but we do not guarantee that generated documents are legally sufficient, correctly formatted for your county, or compliant with recent law changes. You are solely responsible for reviewing documents before filing.

4. Beta Service

LienForm is currently in early access / beta. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice.

5. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LienForm disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

LienForm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of lien rights, missed filing deadlines, or rejected filings.

7. Intellectual Property

The LienForm website, software, and content are owned by LienForm. Document templates generated for your personal use may be freely used for that purpose.

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
